The Wave Set has a fresh new look. The Torah crown is made of two cylinder
shapes. The inner ring reminds one of the hills of Jerusalem: “For from Zion will
go forth the Torah and the word of G-d from Jerusalem.”
The outer ring is suspended by golden balls ornamented with a quotation from
the Bible. A matching breastplate completes the composition. The Yad, a flat
piece of sterling silver, was shaped to resemble the Torah parchment. A second
gold-plated piece of silver completes the design. The space between the two
intertwined pieces of silver allows a comfortable grip. Adorning the Yad are goldplated
balls. A sterling silver chain allows the Yad to dangle from the Torah.
Each work is signed by the artist.
