Building a new home is exciting. However, it can be stressful at times, especially when having to coordinate from long distance, dealing with frustrating challenges from abroad. I try to bring joy back to the process and become the buffer between you and the work on the local end.
I was born in the USA and have been doing business and project management in Israel for the past 30 years. My ultimate goal is to provide you with the comfort of a one-stop shop while overseeing your project and protecting your financial interest, as well as personal interests.

Our Team
We have in house architects, builder, carpenter interior and furniture designers and unlimited sub-contractors in every field.

Each contractor has been handpicked, based on prior experience, quality and integrity of their work.

My services include

Looking for the best property, based on your needs and requirements.

Connecting you with a law office that specializes in foreigners purchasing real estate in Israel.

Working hand in hand with our architect and design team to design your home to your satisfaction.

Hiring and dealing with the General Contractor for the proposed construction work on an ongoing basis, as well as subcontractors, such as plumbers, painters, electricians, water purification specialists, smart house/media/wi-fi set up etc.

Assisting you in choosing all interior tiles, carpentry work, sanitary items, appliances, lighting, furnishings and landscaping.

Introducing you to a property manager upon completion, should you wish to do so.
