The Greek Door Mezuzah is a reminder of the Greek occupation of the land of Israel and is influenced by the text found in Deuteronomy 11: “And you shall write [these words] upon the doorposts of your house.” The body of the mezuzah is made of brass with a patina finish lending an ancient feeling. Its classic architecture design is like those seen in many archeological finds. The door is Jerusalem stone and faced with the Hebrew letters “shin, daled, yud.” Each work is signed by the artist.
